I design, print & ship high quality vinyl banners and backdrops for any occasion. If you do not find a template that suits your needs, I can also design and print you something custom.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

BANNER MATERIAL

The banners are printed on heavy weight  waterproof 14 oz. high tenacity polyester vinyl banner.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP

Processing Time - After I will receive your order I will email you a proof of your banner/backdrop to approve usually within 12 hours of your purchase. Make sure to respond asap as not to delay processing time.

Your order will ship within 1 business days from the date you approve your proof. Standard shipping takes 2-4 business days depending on your zip code. 

 

GROMMETS AND POLE POCKETS

Metal grommets are placed in the four corners , giving you anchor points to attach rope, string, hooks, screws and nails, or zip-ties.  Hang banners directly on a wall or suspend them from a ceiling, beams, balconies, or any overhanging surface. I recommend the following accessory if you'll be hanging your banner from a wall. Command strip hooks.



Pole pockets allow poles to be inserted into the banner material in order to display it on a banner stand. Pole pockets can be included on the top or top and bottom of the banner.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the products being personalized

Custom design items are only available for refund if the 1st proof has not yet been sent to the client.

INSTANT DOWNLOAD ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS* No refunds, exchanges or returns on these items.• Returns on printed items are not accepted.


• PLEASE review your information very carefully when submitting initially and receiving ALL proofs to be sure information is exactly the way you want it to be printed. **The proof you approve for print will be the version that is printed. Printed items with mistakes are not available for return, regardless of where the error originated.**


• Re-prints will be available to you at a reduced cost. If there is a printing error, for example the printed item does not match the proof you approved, reprints will be provided free of charge and shipped via the same method of shipping chosen at checkout (unless event is within 7 business of reporting the error to us).

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING


• STANDARD 2-5 SHIPPING (US) // FREE with your purchase, via FED-EX OR UPS ground. No need to select a shipping method during checkout if you are going with this option.
• OVERNIGHT  AND 2ND DAY SHIPPING (US) // Available for an additional fee. Prices vary per order total.
• Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. I am not responsible for orders that are shipped to the wrong address because of inaccurate information provided. I am not liable for deliveries that are late due to postal shipping delays.

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside the U.S. 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


At this time we are only providing digital items to our international customers.

 

PROOFS / REVISIONS

• Customer is responsible for providing information exactly as they want it on personalized items. We do not offer proofing services and we do not spell check your items.
• Customer is responsible for carefully proofing all items provided to them in the proofing phase, including making sure that any requested changes have been properly made.
• We allow 2 rounds of revisions free of charge. Further rounds of revisions may be purchased at $5/revision.
• The proof that is approved will be what is either emailed or printed depending on format chosen.
• If final items contain a spelling mistake and match the approved proof, customer is responsible for any reprint costs associated with printed items or revision fees associated with digital items. No refunds will be provided under any circumstance.

COLORS

Please note that color appears differently on every computer monitor. For this reason, colors may slightly vary on digital items received and printed items received.

The glitter elements and metallic elements in our designs are digital and not actual foil, glitter or metallic ink. They are flat-printed and no textures or metallic ink is actually applied.

.We are not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: misspelling, grammar, punctuation, wrong design approval, pixelated or blurry Pictures, Logos or any clip art provided by customer or wrong color approval.

• The proof that is approved will be what is either emailed or printed depending on format chosen.

Please make sure that once tracking is available to you, you keep tracking until it makes it to you. You should receive an email with tracking information with in 2 business days after approval and also will be attach to your  order, Sometimes things get lost with fed ex/ups and we want to be able to send a replacement asap This goes for being lost. Please open your package asap If you received the wrong backdrop, reach out to us within 12 hours of receiving your package. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee any reprints and/or replacements. This goes for it Damaged or wrong backdrop
There will be a $40 Design charge for any cancelation or Refunds for Lost Packages
